Our mission is focused on promoting ENAP's values through the adoption of good practices in all areas of activity between the company and its stakeholders, as well as mitigating the materialization of certain risks that expose the company's assets or reputation, focusing its action on the development of an adequate Good Practices Program.
Management develops different programs in the line of prevention, detection and monitoring.
Prevention includes the management of the Code of Ethics, regulations and procedures, such as continuous training for all the people who are part of ENAP and its stakeholders; to which is added the proper management of its risk matrix.
In the detection stage, there is a line of queries and complaints that allows us to have a direct and reliable channel with all ENAP actors, whether they are internal or external audiences.
Finally, the monitoring is managed to correct and respond to the queries or violations identified in the detection stage, as well as to monitor the effectiveness of the measures adopted and communicate the lessons learned to the organization.
