President Boric ratifies Rodrigo Manubens as director of Enap for a new term

The commercial engineer from Universidad Federico Santa María joined the company's Board of Directors in 2021, selected by the Senior Public Management system, a designation that expired in January.

By signing a decree, the President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric, renewed Rodrigo Manubens Moltedo's position as director of ENAP for a new four-year term. The commercial engineer from Federico Santa María University joined the company's Board of Directors in 2021, selected through the Senior Public Management system, a designation that was set to expire in January.

Manubens holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a specialization in corporate governance from Harvard Business School. His career includes over 30 years in strategic management as a director of various companies in Chile and Latin America.

Since 2011, he has served as director and president of the Board of Directors of Aguas Andinas S.A. Additionally, since 2013, he has been a director and president of the Committee of Directors of the Santiago Stock Exchange and of the Holding Bursátil Regional, NUAM (parent company of the Chilean, Colombian and Peruvian Stock Exchanges).

Alongside Rodrigo Manubens, Enap's Board of Directors is composed of its chairwoman, chemical engineer Gloria Maldonado; economist Andrés Rebolledo; lawyer Laura Albornoz; commercial engineer Ximena Corbo; industrial civil engineer Rodrigo Azócar; and social worker and labor director, Nolberto Díaz.
