ENAP responds: Inquiries and Complaints

We want to inform you that our new Hotline for Queries and Complaints is now available, which is administered independently by Fundación Generación Empresarial, granting the security measures and usage standards necessary for this type of applications.

To access the system and make any inquiries or file a complaint, you must enter the intranet or ENAP website, Ethics and Compliance section, or directly to the link

If you have filed a complaint through the line previously in force and in the process of being investigated, we ask you to contact us through the mail, in order to keep in touch and be able to inform you of the result of its process.
