ENAP’s employees are an essential part of its capital. Consequently, investing on people is fundamental to reach the objectives outlined in the Business strategy, as well as to improve their labor possibilities and their professional development.

To close the gaps regarding critical competences is one of the projects with the greatest value, since this is the key factor for success in reaching the objectives outlined. Also, the strengthening of critical executive, professional and technical competences shall be approached, as well as people’s professional development; an environment that stimulates innovation and creative participation, oriented to add value to the business; stability and competitive labor possibilities, together with quality of labor life, among others.
