To encourage Social and Environmental ResponsibilityENAP’ strategy for Social Responsibility intends to manage its risks and the environmental and social impacts within the value chain, improving the conditions in the external and internal environment. Such strategy is aimed to achieve positive results in three areas: financial, environmental and social, integrating the different dimensions to the internal management systems.
It has been established that during the 2007-2011 term, the Business Lines will move ahead in the implementation of the environmental management system; in the stabilization of the historic environmental liabilities; in the creation of sustainability plans for new investments, as well as a set of initiatives for the locations where the Company carries out its activities.
