Refining and Logistics (R&L)Description of this Line of Business

The Refining and Logistics Line of Business is the area in charge of developing the activities related to fuel and other oil by-products production (solvents, bases to manufacture asphalt, ethylene and other petro-chemical products) at ENAP.  Also, this area is in charge of the management of the logistics infrastructure for their transportation and storage.

The subsidiaries Enap Refinerías S.A., composed by Aconcagua and Bío Bío Refining Plants (located at Valparaíso and Bío Bío Regions, respectively), and the Storage and Oil Pipelines Department (DAO), specialized in oil logistics activities, report to the R&L Line of Business. Also, the refining and logistics assets at Magallanes and Gregorio Refining Plant, the most southern plant in the world, located at the Eastern Entrance of the Strait of Magellan, and MANU subsidiary, devoted to service the requirements of retail distribution in Peru and Ecuador, belong to this Line of Business.
