ENAP’s Center for Innovation and Knowledge (ENAP CICE) is an in-house unit, whose main objective is to promote and develop practices and projects of knowledge and innovation management, to preserve, increase and share the expertise required to transversely fulfill the objectives of the Strategic Plan. ENAP CICE reports to ENAP Human Resources Management.
It is a tool operated by ENAP CICE, whose main objective is to channel and analyze opportunities in obtaining contestable funding to finance initiatives oriented to ENAP’s strategic objectives. It reports to a Board of Directors chaired by General Management, formed by the Division and Corporate Managers (Development and Human Resources) and the chairmen of the Unions; Fenatrapech and Fesenap. It is managed by an Executive Director.
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT
Its objective is to create value for ENAP Holding by integrating creative potential and knowledge of individuals through innovation management, continuous improvement, intellectual capital and systematic support of innovation culture.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
To develop, preserve and transfer the critical capabilities, knowledge, skills and practices required by the Strategic Plan, recovering and providing continuity to ENAP’s expertise as competitiveness factor.
TECHNICAL ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT
Its mission is to give transversal assistance in the design and preparation of the contents of internal and external training plans, whether they are programs, seminars, internships or other critical knowledge training activity, required by ENAP FOCUS area (ENAP internal requirements) and / or specific requirements of the Technical Assistance Area of CICE (in its relation to external entities and collaboration networks).
This area of CICE adds value to ENAP through training programs and specific activities for the capture, systematization and transfer of critical internal knowledge oriented to oil and energy industries, as well as ENAP’s business, considering the guidelines of its strategic plan
ENAP CICE also aims at the promotion and creation of cooperation networks with research institutes related to oil business at local and international levels, capitalizing cooperation and funding opportunities and protecting the intellectual property rights generated by the initiatives it undertakes.
